Dr. Linda C. Murdock
Dr. Linda C. Murdock, Professor & Chair, Graduate Program Director, is a professor and clinical supervisor in speech-language pathology at the University of Montevallo.
Dr. Murdock teaches courses in research methodology, clinical methodology, autism, clinical phonetics, literacy, and language disorders. She serves on the editorial board of Focus on Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities and has published extensively in this journal and in the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders.
Dr. Murdock has presented more than 20 papers at state and national conferences. Her research and clinical practice centers on play and language interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders, practices to support college students with autism, and language and literacy disorders in school-age children.
