The Management program prepares students for positions in

- logistics
- operations management
- project management
- manufacturing
- and other positions where working knowledge of organizational development and structures is important.
Our graduates find jobs in nonprofit, public, and private sector management in organizations ranging from small operations to multinational corporations. The Management major combines easily with other majors and specialized minors, and students finish with valuable experience in written and oral professional communication.

Job Outlook
According to the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics employment of human resources managers is projected to grow 9 percent from 2014 to 2024, faster than the average for all occupations. As new companies form and organizations expand their operations, they will need human resources managers to oversee and administer their programs, and to ensure firms adhere to changing and complex employment laws. Strong competition can be expected for most positions.
