Using the Career Development Center as a Resource
Advisors should consider referring students to the Career Development Center (CDC)! Counselors in the CDC are licensed professionals who can assist students in various ways:

- Personality assessments
- Career assessments
- Resumes and cover letters
- Employment search planning
- Graduate or professional school planning
- Professional interview preparation
CDC professionals also work collaboratively with the Falcon Success Center, Learning Enrichment Center, Counseling Services, and Health Services to best meet the needs of Montevallo students.
